LKBC-2 butterfly valve

LKBC-2 butterfly valve is a sanitary, manually operated butterfly valve which is used as a shut-off valve where there is a need for a valve easy to dismantle for cleaning and inspection, e.g. on farm milk tanks. Working principle The LKBC-2 butterfly valve is manually operated by a handle. A disc closes against a rubber seal when the handle is at right angles to the pipeline.The disc is parallel to the product flow, when the handle is turned 900. The LKBC-2 butterfly valve is then fully open. Standard design LKBC-2 butterfly valve body is made of two separate halves which are assembled by a clamp. A specially designed rubber seal is fixed between the two halves and a profiled disc closes against the seal. The LKBC-2 valve has a handle in stainless steel, which by the use of the standard locking cover ensures that the valve can be securely locked in the closed position. Materials Steel parts: Stainless steel AISI 304.
