Applications
QF6 sanitary double-seat mix-proof ball valve is a cost-effective mix-proof valve mainly used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, where mixtures of different media or materials contamination must be avoided. Meanwhile, the completely running through design of the valve chamber does not cause any fluid resistance. Therefore, the ball valve is the best choice for treating viscous fluid or fluid with particulates.

Operating Principle
QF6 Sanitary double-seat mix-proof ball valve is remote-controlled by compressed air. The double-seat sealing and non-resort device design avoid media mixing and retention. Meanwhile, after the valve is open or closed, the ball valve chamber can be sterilized.
